As a dispensing-only pharmacy, we do not have doctors or prescribing practitioners on site. This means we are unable to assess, diagnose, or prescribe medications.

Most compounded prescriptions are prepared within 24 hours once payment is received, provided all ingredients are in stock. In some cases, we recommend allowing up to 72 hours.

Finished-goods medications, if in stock, are typically processed within 24 hours.

Absolutely! We deliver medications Australia-wide.

Orders are dispatched same-day* via Australia Post Express or StarTrack courier. For patient safety, all deliveries require signature on receipt.
