How To Order

There are 5 ways to place your order with Dukasa. Please choose one option and a member of our team will reach out to you shortly.

When ordering, please note that Schedule 4 prescriptions expire 12 months from the date first prescribed, and Schedule 8 prescriptions expire 6 months from the date first prescribed.

Our dispensary is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Order Request Form

Submit your prescription using our secure order form.

You may upload:

  • An eScript token or URL
  • A clear photo of a paper prescription

Option Two

Email Us

Send your prescription to: info@dukasa.com.au 

Please include your full name and phone number in the email to assist processing.

Option Three

Text Us

Text a clear photo of your prescription to:
